Utilising high end probing equipment every component we manufacture is inspected as soon as it off the CNC machine.
This process checks the deviation from the physical part machined to the nominal CAD model of the design. This ensures the accuracy of the parts produced at the earliest stage possible so if there are any discrepancies these can be remedied with minimum impact to timing.
The software produces a report showing maximum and minimum deviations as well as local point deviations. This ensures that all the correct procedures were used during the machining process and the component is accurate.
